Following the cult new TV series on Channel Four, a lot of interest has been shown for the Hi-NRG sound of the '80s that followed on the heels of Disco and began to utilize Electronic sounds, more often than not using a Fairlight computer and gave birth to the MIDI sound that is still used today.
Records by pioneers like Bobby O and Patrick Cowley became big Club favorites which inspired the likes of New Order, Pet Shop Boys, and the Hit Factory sound of Stock, Aitken, and Waterman.
Relive some of those sounds and Club favorites with a few 1980's favorites thrown in with the Energy makeover that will certainly get anyone up and Dancin'...., kicking off with a cover of It's A Sin by Miquel Brown (Sinitta's mother and well known worldwide for her hit "So Many Men, So Little Time").
